This 2009 photograph shows artist, Praema Raghavan-Gilbert, standing beside an acrylic painting depicting a representation of a Singapore scene. Paintings belonging to other artists, at the Barrosa Studio, can be seen too. The studio is at 4 Whitchurch Road (#01-02), Wessex Estate. Other artists-in-residence are Maureen Hoon, Eva Logdberg, Tan Mee lar and Lee Gilbert. The houses in this area have now become home to a community of artists, teachers and actors.
