Samsui women at work, 1986 : two people [2]

This photograph depicts two Samsui women working on grooves between the tiles at the MOE (Ministry of Education) building. A piece of brown paper covers their characteristic samsui red headgear. They are also wearing the blue samfoo (sometimes spelt samfu), a tunic-and-trouser suit. A black bucket and wooden stool can be seen next to them. Title devised by Library staff. Date of creation estimated.
