This 1986 photograph shows a building at Selegie Road corner, at Prinsep Street. Selegie Road may have been named after a famous Bugis pirate chief, and the Bugis residing there who were named Orang Selegie. Selegie Road is near Orchard Road. Title devised by Library staff.
