This 1982 photograph shows Mountbatten Road, from Broadrick Road. It shows a view of a road lined with trees on both sides, and guard fences on the left. Mountbatten Road is named after Lord Louis Mountbatten (1900-1979), Supreme Allied Commander in Southeast Asia from 1943 to 1945. Title devised by Library staff.
