This 1982 photograph shows shophouses, located at Blair Road (from Spottiswoode Park Road corner). The shophouses feature French windows with wooden shutters on the upper floor. Blair Road is named after Captain John Blair, of the Tanjong Pagar Dock Company. Title devised by Library staff.
