Amir Masoh

Amir Masoh is a songwriter-cum-producer who is currently signed to Universal Music Publishing as a publisher and songwriter. He entered the music industry in 1995. In 1996, he received the “Teen’s Award” and “Best Song Award” at a Yamaha Music event in Singapore followed by a “Special Teen’s Award” at a Yamaha Music Foundation event in Japan. Throughout 1998, he scored numerous shorts films, most notably Singaporean filmmaker Leonard Yip’s “Shadow of Death” which earned awards from BBC, UTV and Cathay. These achievements resulted in his first songwriter contract in 1998 with Warner Chapell Publishing. Since then he has produced across 3 languages, English, Malay & Bahasa and Mandarin, for artists such as Hebe of SHE, Shin, Fahrenheit, as well as local artists such Imran Ajmain, Daphne Khoo, Jack & Rai and Taufik Batisah. He currently travels around the world engaging in songwriting camps for Korea, China, US and UK markets.
