About the Artist

Clement Chow is undoubtedly one of Singapore’s most recognisable and prominent producers, singers, songwriters and musicians. He has been involved in the entertainment scene for the past 34 years. Since winning the national talent-time in 1982 with his group, the Dissonant Affair, he has been involved in almost every aspect of entertainment. In 1986, he recorded and performed Count on Me, Singapore. It was the first national sing-along song and one hat still remains a favourite among many Singaporeans.
