A group photograph of members of the Singapore Royal Engineers (Volunteer) or SRE (V) and 41st Company Royal Engineers at Pulau Brani. Seated in the centre are Captain F.H. Robinson and Major G.R.H. Webb, Commander of the SRE (V)(1914-1919). Before the title "Royal" was added on 9 February 1923, SRE (V) was known as "Singapore Volunteer Engineers" (established in 1901 and disbanded in 1921). Title devised by Library staff.
