Lorong 38 Geylang, towards Geylang Road : general view [1]

This 1992 photograph shows Lorong 38 Geylang, towards Geylang Road. It shows a view of a street with commercial buildings and roadside parking lots to the left of the photograph. Geylang is believed to be a corruption of the term "kilang", Malay for factory, from the coconut and lemongrass processing factories of the area. Title devised by Library staff.
