This photograph shows an aerial view of the Singapore River, reflecting the surrounding financial buildings on its surface after the clean up. The "Clean Rivers Campaign" involved the removal of all river craft and the dredging of refuse from the river bed and banks using river cleaning boats. Date of creation estimated.
