Peck Seah Street : general view [4]

This 1993 photograph shows Peck Seah Street, at Maxwell Road end. Both sides of the road are lined with commercial buildings. Peck Seah Street was named after Seah Peck Seah, son of Seah Eu Chin. Title devised by Library staff.
