VIPs at OCBC Centre inauguration : general view [1]


This photograph shows a group of men during the OCBC Centre inauguration. Sitting third from left is Tan Sri Tan Chin Tuan. Nicknamed Mr OCBC, he was a prominent Peranakan philanthropist and was often credited as the man who built the Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC). To his left are Harry Ackerman of Morrison Knudsen International and Low Keng Boon of Low Keng Huat Construction. Physical dimensions of original: 13 x 17 cm. Title devised by Library staff.
