Sir Stamford Raffles statue : close-up

This is a photograph of the statue of Stamford Raffles, the founder of Singapore, in front of the Victoria Memorial Hall. The photographer was standing close to the base of the statue so the view is slightly slanted upward against the backdrop of the Victoria Memorial Hall to show some clouds. Date of creation estimated. Title devised by Library staff.
