A view of traffic lanes and a low-rise commercial building at a wide junction is shown in this 1995 photograph of Alexandra Road (at the junction of Alexandra Road, Commonwealth Avenue and Leng Kee Road). Laid out in 1864, Alexandra Road was named after Queen Alexandra (1844 - 1925), consort of King Edward VII. Title devised by Library staff.
